Dr. Maciej Pieczarka among the members of the Academia Profesorum Iuniorum for 2026-2027

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Maciej Pieczarka, head of the Quantum Fluids in Photonic Devices research team, has joined the Academia Professorum Iuniorum (API) for the years 2026-2027.

The Academia Professorum Iuniorum was established in October 2023 by Rector Prof. Arkadiusz Wójs. Its primary mission is to identify and support the development of a group of outstanding, young, independent researchers representing various disciplines and building research teams or pursuing new research topics.

API members receive a two-year grant of 120,000 PLN, which can be used to cover expenses related to establishing or developing a research team or starting a new research topic.
