Research

Group deals with the production and research of materials and low-dimensional semiconductor and hybrid systems intended for quantum emitters and photonic quantum integrated systems and systems with strong and weak light-matter interaction.

Research interests include quantum optics, thin-film crystal production, processing of semiconductor materials, optical excitation dynamics, modeling of photonic systems and wave vector space tomography.
